Michelle Hennessee Sears, MA, BCBA
Chief Executive Officer Michelle is the CEO of ACE and has been with ACE since its inception in 2016. She holds her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, earning her board certification in 2018. Michelle has a myriad of experience in the mental health field for the past 20 years, working with individuals who have experienced trauma, are dually diagnosed, or have complex medical, behavioral, and mental health needs. Her passion is working with individuals who exhibit the most significant behavioral challenges, as well as medically complex cases. Michelle also enjoys learning about the legal aspects of gaining authorizations for medically necessary services and utilizing that knowledge to the benefit of her patients and their families. Michelle is married and lives in Whiteland with her husband, kids, and pets. In her down time, she enjoys reading, going to rock concerts, and the occasional binge watching of Food Network TV shows. |
Madison Newman, MA, BCBA
Chief Operating Officer & Rushville Clinical Director Madison has been with ACE since 2022. Madison holds her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Purdue University and Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, reaching Board Certification in 2018. She has been working in the field of ABA for 6 years. Madison is the Clinical Director for ACE's Rushville location, in addition to being a BCBA. Madison is also the COO for ACE. Madison's passion is working with individuals in the clinic, home, and school setting to provide meaningful lifelong skills. Additionally, Madison prioritizes helping all families receive access to medically necessary ABA services. Madison enjoys working closely with families and medical providers to ensure the highest quality ABA. She enjoys supporting families within various school systems and consulting in the Individualized Education Plan process. Madison and her husband are currently building their dream home in Arlington, IN. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her son and dogs, binge watching true crime documentaries, and attending country concerts. |

Jackson Robinson, BS, RBT Greenfield Clinical Assistant Jackson Robinson joined the ACE team in November of 2022. Prior to ACE, Jackson served as a lead RBT with his previous employer for 5 years. Jackson achieved his Bachelors Degree from IUPUI in 2021 and is currently enrolled in Ball State University to study ABA. His plan after graduation is to sit for the BCBA exam. Jackson is currently serving as the Clinical Assistant for ACE - Greenfield to work alongside his Clinical Director to gain a myriad of knowledge in assessments, programing, progress monitoring, and more. Jackson is a Certified Safety Care trainer and has a passion for staff training to ensure competency, support, and success for all ACE staff. Jackson spends his time outside of work with his wife, traveling the world, volunteering in his community, being with family, and serving others. |
