Step 2: Intake MeetingOnce an Initial Authorization has been received, the Clinical Director will reach out to you to set up an intake meeting. During this meeting, we will go into depth about goals, parent concerns, etc. An intake meeting helps gather direct and indirect information needed for the BCBA to create a treatment plan and submit an Ongoing Authorization.

Step 3: Begin ServicesOnce Insurance has approved the ongoing authorization, the patient is then ready to begin services. The Clinical Director will reach out to you to collaborate on a start-date as well as review the approved authorization for weekly hours, treatment location, and more.
