Step 1: Complete the Patient Registration Link Below

Click the registration link below to provide all the necessary information for ACE to send to Insurance for an Initial Authorization Request.

Step 2: Intake Meeting

Once an Initial Authorization has been received, the Clinical Director will reach out to you to set up an intake meeting. During this meeting, we will go into depth about goals, parent concerns, etc.  An intake meeting helps gather direct and indirect information needed for the BCBA to create a treatment plan and submit an Ongoing Authorization.

Step 3: Begin Services

Once Insurance has approved the ongoing authorization, the patient is then ready to begin services. The Clinical Director will reach out to you to collaborate on a start-date as well as review the approved authorization for weekly hours, treatment location, and more.
